Nike Air Flight One

Nike is really pushing these all-star weekend releases with the glow in the dark soles. A pair of lebron's, a pair of Kobe's, The Galaxy Foams and last but not least, the Air Flight One. These air flight ones look amazing, the shades of grey on top of white with the glow in the dark bubbles look great. These took a while to grow on me, but the actual sneaker is exactly what i love, nice shape, some glow in the dark hints, and beautiful colours. You can look for these to drop this online and over at Exclucity in Pierrefonds. Hope your ready to camp out, because these 4 releases will not stick around long. See you all in line ;)

Mary Katrantzou F/W 2012 - LFW

There's no doubt in my mind that Mary Katrantzou is the queen of prints. She does it exactly right every time. For F/W 2012 she was inspired by dramatic silhouettes and decided to work that complex geometry in with her even more complex prints. The best pieces definetly include the No.2 pencil dress and the type writer prints. Whitout a doubt one of my favorite collections of LFW. Check out the best looks below and the whole thing here.

Topshop/NEWGEN Fashion Film feat Karlie Kloss

Topshop has been supporting emerging talent in the fashion world through the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN program (click here to know what it's about) for ten years now. To celebrate, and to kick off London Fashion Week right, Karlie Kloss took to the lens in a short fashion film directed by famous fashion photographer Nick Knight. The film showcases the pieces from the one-off collections created for Topshop by some of the best designer to come out of the UK, including Christopher Kane and Mary Katranzou, the latest designer to lend her talent to the brand. Enjoy!

Christopher Kane - LFW 2012

By far one of my favourite shows from this past London Fashion Week was Christopher Kane's Fall/Winter 2012 collection. Even though we're all looking forward to spring and summer, especially with all the warm days we've been having, it's still really good to see that new interesting trends will still be coming up half a year from now. What to look out for? Those same awesome reflective fabrics Jeremy Scott used in his FW 2012 line ! Walking around in one of Kane's dresses or Scott's skirts is practically a light show. Check out my favourite looks from the show and more here!

Mishka Spring 2012 Teaser Video

Spring is probably my second favorite season. It puts an end to winter, and welcomes back summer (which is my first favorite season -- make sure you're writing this down.) Even more so, every brand gets a breath of life, to celebrate youth, warm weather, and having an extra hour in the day.

A lot of people don’t seem to be down with Mishka as of late, as stores in Montreal that used to carry them, no longer do. However, I remain a faithful fan, eagerly looking forward to every line release. That’s why my pickle was particularly tickled when I saw their 2012 Spring lookbook teaser video. Take a gander at it and see for yourself. Shot in New York, the video features all kinds of local talent rocking some gorgeous apparel.

Adidas ZX 750

The ZX 750 is one of my preferred models of Adidas, it has such a clean and sophisticated look to it. This new model entitle the "make moves project" is a project that will release two colorway of the ZX750 this coming spring. Either colorway is perfect for any occasion with the capability of catching many eyes and keeping your feet comfy at the same time. Look for these to drop at local adidas retailers around Montreal and also on many online stores. These will be perfect for any summer wardrobe

Marni for H&M Revealed

March 8th is soon approaching and that means Marni for H&M is about to drop.

If you’ve seen the ad campaign and the behind the scenes footage, you’re probably dying to see the real deal and you’re in luck. Last night, H&M showcased their latest collaboration at a private residence in Los Angeles.

The collection is filled with lots of prints, colours and great accessories. But obviously the best part is the pricing. You can score some Marni for no more than $129, but most items are around $80, while accessories are only $19.95.

Just in case you’re wondering if the wait outside of H&M on March 8th will be worth it, here is a look at what’s to come.

Style Icon : Unicorn Kid / Oliver Sabin

If you're familiar with the #SEAPUNK genre and aesthetic, you're probably already familiar with the phenomena known as Unicorn Kid. For the rest of you, though, Oliver Sabin, AKA Unicorn Kid, is a 20 year old electronic musician who came out of his Myspace-era in order to emerge as an internet artist. His most recent 3-track EP "Tidal Rave" was featured on BBC.

The few recent pictures I've managed to find of the URL sensation are basically the definition of #seapunk - wild hair colors, sweet tattoos and oversized vintage pieces seem to make up the majority of Sabin's closet. He's also got a sweet merch line, composed of pixellated glitter graphics, which is now on sale, I might add.

See below to creep more photos, listen to 'Boys of Paradise' and stalk him through his official website/Tumblr.

Niketalk

It has come to my attention that many of my fellow peers in the sneaker buying/loving community are blind to one of the few amazing "stores" we have offered to us.

Without further delay, i bring you the wonderful world of Niketalk.

NikeTalk doesn't have the fancy wall mounts for shoes. They dont have annoying employess who try and shove the next release down our throat. Niketalk has no affiliation with Nike but still brings us their beautiful product. It is a site created by some of the deepest lovers of sneakers known to mankind. They have forums where sneakers can be chatted about 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They have release dates that can be checked months in advance so that you dont miss any gems. And of course the most important part of their site. The "Buying & Selling" lounge. This lounge brings anybody who wants to buy or sell either brand new shoes, or shoes that have been worn. I have come across some crazy heat for cheap on this site. It may take me 10 minutes, it may take me 10 days, but whenever i wanted a sneaker and did not want to pay the extortion prices of Flight Club or Ebay i have used Niketalk and been overly happy with the way everything went. I encourage you all to check and try it out.

Tiffany & Co. Montreal store - opens today!

The little ''robin egg'' blue box has finally landed in Montreal! More precisely at 1290 Sherbrooke West and it's the first store to open it's doors in Quebec. For our readers who aren't familiar with this little blue box, let me give you a little history lesson. The shade of blue pictured above actually represents over 175 years of signature jewelery making. The brand owns the worlds biggest yellow diamond and has been first choice for blinged out engagement rings since 1886. Can you say pure class? And what about breakfast at Tiffany's? So boys, if you girlfriend tells you she wants a Tiffany's ring, you know what you're up against.
